Martin's Maintenance started the way most good trades do — one person who was sick of seeing others treat the job like a favour. Martin built the business on a simple promise: turn up on time, quote honestly, finish what you start.
We focus on what we are good at. Solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, tile-roof cleaning, mowing and lawn care, and pressure washing — the outside-of-the-house work that most owners don't want to spend their weekends doing and most general handymen don't do well. We carry the right gear for each surface, we know which jobs need a soft wash and which need real pressure, and we stay in our lane: tile roofs only, no metal.
About half our work is repeat clients — landlords, property managers, owners who liked what they got the first time. The other half is people who finally got tired of looking at the same dirty driveway or overflowing gutter. Either way, you get a clear quote, a booked window, and a clean job at the end of it.
