Do you clean metal roofs too?
No — tile roofs only. Metal roofs need different gear and chemistry, and we would rather refer you to a specialist than give you a half-good job.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most Melbourne homes need it once or twice a year — autumn leaf drop and before storm season. If you have overhanging gums or pines, three times is sensible.
What surfaces can you pressure wash?
Driveways, paths, paving, concrete, decking, fences, and exterior walls. We adjust pressure to the surface so we do not pit masonry or strip timber.

Yes — dirty panels can drop output 15-25% over a year, and bird droppings cause permanent hot-spots if left. We use deionised water and soft brushes, no detergents.
Do you do weekly lawns, or just one-offs?
Both. Most clients are weekly or fortnightly through spring and summer, monthly through winter. Happy to do a one-off tidy before an inspection or sale.
